Difficulty focusing in conversations with friends
Poor posture
I didn't think I was stressed, but then I realized all these things were happening, and it turns out my body is saying "Something is going on and I am not at rest."
So I am gonna listen to that.
Oh hey, that's the same as my list. Of signs I'm stressed. Which I'm currently experiencing.
